Agreement to Terms

By using the services of RelyWay Celina Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes we make.

Services We Provide

RelyWay Celina Towing offers emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery and winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of safety conditions. We work hard to respond quickly to your calls, but response times can vary based on traffic, weather, and how many service calls we have at the time.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You're responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card company. If payment is not received, we may hold your vehicle until payment is made in full. Prices quoted are estimates and may change based on actual conditions, distance, or additional services required.

Your Responsibilities

When you request our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your location and vehicle
• Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing
• Ensure your vehicle is legally yours or you have permission to have it towed
• Follow any safety instructions our team provides
• Pay for services as agreed

Limitation of Liability

We take great care with your vehicle, but towing and recovery work comes with some inherent risks. We're not liable for damage that results from the condition of your vehicle, hidden defects, or damage that couldn't be avoided even with proper care. We carry insurance as required by law, but our liability is limited to the actual value of your vehicle or the cost of repairs, whichever is less. We're not responsible for items left in your vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your service request at any time before our truck arrives. If you cancel after our truck has been dispatched, you may be charged a dispatch fee to cover our costs. If we arrive at your location and you're not there or your vehicle can't be accessed, you'll be charged a service call fee.

Disputes and Governing Law

If you have any issues with our services, please contact us first so we can try to resolve things. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
